AYP:
School must provide on grade-level curriculum to struggling learners. Our integrated approach provides struggling learners with concise lessons that they are able to understand and comprehend. These lessons are written on grade-level in a condensed form.
Schools need to show adequate yearly progress on CRCT. Integrating the Standards is one way for schools to help students prepare for the CRCT. Each lesson teaches the standards in a format that is similar to the CRCT.
Targets Subgroups:
Integrating the Standards targets subgroups that often have difficulty on the CRCT. Condensed, concise lessons are designed for struggling learners who often have short attention spans. Students often forget what they have read if they text is too lengthy. Comprehension is lost after pages and pages of text. Shortened text allows for better comprehension. Students are able to read shortened text better and comprehend better.
